Ingredients

We will need:
Non-stick cooking spray
2/3c of water
2c splendour
¼ tsp cream of tarter.

Equipment:

40 lolly sticks
2 baking sheets
1 saucepan
Wooden spoon
Candy thermometer
Icy bath in a cup
Ribbon or string
